Who's in the room

  • Each attendee is given 30 seconds to share who they are, where they are based, and what they do

 What we'll do

  • Play The Connection Game
  • A fun icebreaker to build connection in a team-building challenge that promotes getting to know one another beyond job titles and membership
  • Depending on numbers, we'll go into breakout rooms for approx. 10 mins.
  • The group comes back together to share brilliant or unexpected findings from the monthly challenge – it will be fun!

 Then Peer Discussion

  • Now that we know each other, we can put our heads together and help each other solve the problems we have
  • Depending on numbers, we could go back into breakout rooms for 10 mins.
  • Then we'll come back together to share findings for the benefit of all.

Why Celebrate Wins

  • Each of us will be given 30-60 seconds (depending on numbers) to share our standout wins for the month just gone, be it personal or professional, big or small; all need celebrating  
  • It's important because it's an opportunity to open our minds to what's going on outside of our universe, uplift each other, and encourage the group to share the good stuff without guilt or shame, and we do that by regularly taking time out to recognise our achievements, no matter how small, as a supportive group since many of us are solopreneurs and it can get really lonely.

  • Each of us will get 30 seconds to share the one key thing we need right now. This will help us gain traction in our business network as well as encourage a supportive community  

When next...

  • We'll end as usual with updating our all-important CPD log and sharing our one key takeaway we'll take immediate action on
  • These events will meet monthly on....
  • In the meantime, we encourage reflection on the conversations, ideas, connections, and opportunities shared
  • We'll end by asking those who wish to be added to the email distribution list for 1-2-1 connections to drop their emails in the chat box
  • Finally, we'll end with what's happening next month.
