Speaker Application Form

We are excited to hear you are interested in being a speaker during the IAPC&M-hosted International Coaching Week (ICW) 2026. This weeklong, online CPD event is attended by thousands of international coaches. Please read the details below carefully before returning your application form.

The Details 

The ICW is an international virtual event supporting coaches who want to build their businesses with the philosophy of 'being of service'.

Each day, attendees will receive access to 4 live masterclasses delivered by our incredible team of international expert speakers.

As part of this online, weeklong virtual event, attendees will get access to a total of 20 expertly delivered masterclasses to support the growth of their coaching business. Additionally, they have the opportunity to upgrade to our VIP pass, where they can access higher-valued gifts. £30 per sale will go to you as the affiliate.

Key Dates 

15th December 2025: Speaker applications close

18th December 2025: Successful speakers will be contacted

9th February 2026: Speaker information call over Zoom 

16th February 2026: Speakers will receive their promo materials

3rd March 2026: ICW promotion begins

11th - 15th May 2026: International Coaching Week

Speaker Requirements 

1) To provide a highly valuable 45-minute masterclass. This will also be used on our podcast.

2) To provide an offer that is usually paid ($20-$500 value). This will go into our VIP pass upgrade.

3) To promote the event between 11th April - 11th May by sending a minimum of 4 to 10  solo emails to your entire list and 4 to 10 posts on social media.

4) To not promote any free offers between  11th April - 11th May that could clash with this event.

Speaker Benefits

Our annual virtual event attracts international coaches making it a great opportunity to grow your email list and reach a wider audience.

2) You will make money  

You will receive £30 commission on all VIP passes that are purchased through your unique link.

3) You will attract more sales and clients

This is a great opportunity to become more visible and promote yourself so you can attract more sales and new clients. We will also be promoting your offers to our international mailing list.

4) You will raise your profile through ongoing promotion

We will be promoting your recording on our podcast, blog and social media so you will continue to get exposure long after the event.
